K. Doll Koatings meets impressive production deadline

K. Doll Koatings faced a very challenging order when their primary customer, ABox4U, placed an order for 50 specialized blast-resistant boxes.  The biggest challenge was the timing, ABox4U needed the 50 boxes in 45 days.

The company went almost overnight to a three shift, around-the-clock work day to meet the challenge.  They normailly run two fabrication shifts and one finishing shift.

K. Doll Koatings was first opened in 2001 by Kevin and Gina Doll.  They first entered the surface preparation and protective coatings industry.  Then the company got into modification of shipping boxes used to bring products overseas.  They now fabricate custom shipping boxes and specialize in blast-resistant containers for the refinery business.
