Neighborhood Revitalization Program

This plan is intented to promote the revitalization of the area of Sumner County through the rehabilitation conservation or redevelopment of the area in order to protect the public health, safety or welfare of the residents of the County.  K.S.A. 12-17, 115 defines the meaning of a neighborhood revitalization area more completely.  A tax rebate incentive will be available for certain rehabilitation, improvement and new construction within the area.

Argonia Free Land

The Argonia Development Company and the City of Argonia are offering free building sites to families looking to build a home in Argonia. The development is comprised of 57 acres located around a peaceful 24 acre lake setting, and located along US Highway 160 across the street from the Argonia Schools.
