A short information presentation will be provided, followed by a discussion and the completion of a survey. The survey will help gauge the level of interest in wind energy development and the next steps we need to take with this project.

The 9th Annual Kansas Wind & Renewable Energy Conference will allow interested citizens and organizations to explore alternative energy sources and conservation, education, and efficiency.
The conference will also feature breakout sessions on:

Solar, biofuels, and other alternative energy resources

Energy conservation and efficiency issues for residential, commercial and industrial sectors

Addressing curriculum at all educational levels to prepare teachers and individuals to meet potential for careers in energy efficiency and renewable energy
There will also be an energy trade show to meet and network with industry representatives and others working in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
