The Sumner County Economic Development Commission will be providing First Aid/CPR/AED training May 22^nd.  Two classes are being offered.  Morning course is 8:00am – 12:00pm and afternoon course is 1:00pm – 5:00pm.  Please register by calling 620-326-8779 or e-mailing scedc@co.sumner.ks.us.  Courses will be held at the Sumner County Economic Development office at 123 North Jefferson in Wellington.  These courses are FREE to all SCEDC member communities, others will be accessed a $25 fee.  

The Sumner County Economic Development May board meeting will be held in Belle Plaine at The Bartlett Arboretum.  The meeting will be held May 14th and will begin at 3:00pm.  The Bartlett Arboretum is located on the SW corner of HWY 55 and Line Street in Belle Plaine. Please see map below.

NEWS RELEASE – The Sumner County Economic Development April board meeting will be held in Caldwell at The Caldwell Community Building.  The meeting will be held April 9th and will begin at 3:00pm.  The Community Building is located at 119 East 1st Street.

NEWS RELEASE – The Sumner County Economic Development March board meeting will be held in Conway Springs at The Locker Room (teen center).  A tour of their facility will be provided as part of the meeting.  The meeting will be held March 12 and will begin at 3:00pm.  The Locker Room is located at 103 West Spring.
